Together with our couriers Interlink Express and Royal Mail we aim to deliver standard delivery products within 3-5 working days. Custom order products however can take between 7-14 working days. If your delivery is going to fall outside of these times we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know when the goods will be delivered.

We keep a large range of products in stock we deliver these on a Next Day service, occasionally we may need to order items direct from our suppliers. If this is the case then we will contact you by telephone to let you know the time of delivery.

If for any reason your goods haven’t arrived within the above timescales then please contact us with your order number at [email protected] We will endeavor to solve any issues immediately.


Receipt of Goods

Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays) and require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign for the goods the courier will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems.


Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel the contract for any goods purchased within seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. This is in line with the UK’s distance selling regulations.

To cancel an order please contact us on 01432 760808 with your order number and providing your goods have not been dispatched your order will be cancelled immediately with no money debited from your card.

If your order has been dispatched then you will need at your own expense and within seven working days return the item that was delivered to you in exactly the same condition that the item or items left our store. Any postage or insurance costs incurred in any part of the sale transaction are not refundable.
