Easy Return Service
Please read the following conditions for returning any unwanted goods for a full refund or exchange
The goods must be returned in an unused condition and also in their original packaging.
Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible at your own cost to deliver the goods back to us. The safest method for delivery of goods costing over £30 is by using a reputable courier that offers a signed for and tracked service. We will not be responsible for any goods returned that are lost by the courier or where you have used an unsigned for service.
If we have incorrectly delivered your order with the wrong product/s we will where reasonable arrange for that product/s to be uplifted at our own cost and arrange for the delivery of the correct goods at the earliest time possible. We will cover up to the cost of Second class signed for with the Royal Mail.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show back in your account once processed by our returns team.
For any custom made or personalised items ordered through the website there will be no right of return for refund once you have received the email from us informing you that your order is being processed. The only time a refund on custom made products will be considered is if after the product has been returned to us it is deemed faulty by the manufacturer after inspection by them.
From the 1st of November we're extending our retun policy.
If you buy an item online between the 1st November 2017 - 1st January 2018 and change your mind you can return these for a full refund until the 31st January 2018.
All other parts of the refund policy remain unchanged you'll still need to have a valid receipt or proof of purchase to be entitled to a full refund.
